The recommended allowance for fruits and vegetables is at least 7 servings a day!
I meet the requirement not because I eat that much fruits and vegetables. I can only handle 4 servings a day. I eat healthier though and also supplement daily with a quality product that provides approximately the equivalent of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
So I can actually say I eat more than 7 servings a day!
